What are some of the questions we hear the most? Here are a few.

We are open 7 days a week and offer a range of classes from 10 am to 9 pm. We also book private times outside of regular hours if needed.
Our yoga studio is located in New York. We are looking to open new branches soon.
All of our yoga instructors are trained and have at least 5 years of experience teaching yoga.
We are here to serve all ages, all genders, all races, all people, and anything else that could use yoga and meditation in their lives.
As we offer a service, we ask for something in return. That said, we offer competitive rates and different prices based on commitment.


Staying safe is of the utmost importance. Here is what to know about staying safe

Make sure that you are wearing something flexible. You are moving around a lot. Recognize that your neighbors are going to see you in some unusual angles, so make sure you are covered enough to feel comfortable.
We have a fountain, but recommend bringing your own bottle as well.
In yoga, the whole thing is stretching. We will not go straight into the tough stuff though. We build up into it.
Are you crazy? Rest up. Don’t overstrain yourself.
We will have you sign a waiver when you come in. We can help you call for help, but we are not responsible if you get hurt.

Refunds and Cancellations

People always want to know about getting their money back. Here is what to know about ou policy.

Yes. If you contact us 48 hours before your class, we will give you a full refund of the money.
We can reschedule you to a new class for a small fee up to 24 hours before your class. Otherwise, your payment is final.
As long as you follow the refund policy, cancelling is okay.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund outside of our policy. If you feel like that is unfair, we are sorry.
